Hospitable hotels in the most beautiful locations in The Netherlands

OUR HOTELS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED

It is always our mission to provide a great experience to all our guests.
At the moment, the wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority.
Therefore, with a heavy heart, we have decided to close all our hotels with the exception of
Bilderberg Hotel Jan Luyken in Amsterdam until May 31, 2020.

NEW OR ALREADY MADE BOOKINGS

Do you have a reservation for a stay or meeting that would take place before May 31, 2020?
Then we will contact you personally to move or cancel your reservation.

If you want to make a reservation in one of our hotels for after May 31, 2020, you are welcome!
We look forward to receiving you again when we have resumed normal life together.
For this, we have adjusted our conditions. When you book a flexible rate on www.bilderberg.nl it is always possible to cancel or move your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS?

As always, we are there for you, now and in the future.
If you have any questions, please contact our hotels via www.bilderberg.nl/en/contact.

EGMONT Institute: Extremist Offender Management in Belgium

Extremist Offender Management in Belgium By Thomas Renard (27 July 2020)  In Other publications EU strategy and foreign policy, Middle-East / North Africa, Terrorism The presence of terrorist convicts in prison is not a new phenomenon in Belgium. However, radicalisation or recruitment was less visible, or at least less observed until it became a policy priority to monitor violent extremists in prison in 2015. This chapter, which is part of a broader report, analyses the specific policies and tools that have been developed in Belgium to address the challenge of radicalisation in prison, and the rehabilitation of terrorist offenders after their release. This chapter (view the PDF below) was published as part of the report “Extremist Offender Management in Europe: Country Reports” published by ICSR, and available here .
