Le certificat de travail doit être remis au salarié par l'employeur à la date du dernier jour du contrat. Il est dû au salarié pour tout type de contrat de travail (CDI, CDD...), quel que soit le motif de la rupture (démission, licenciement...). Vous êtes particulier employeur et avez besoin de rédiger ce document ? Savez-vous que vous pouvez utiliser un modèle personnalisable depuis Service-public.fr ?

However, radicalisation or recruitment was less visible, or at least less observed until it became a policy priority to monitor violent extremists in prison in 2015. This chapter, which is part of a broader report, analyses the specific policies and tools that have been developed in Belgium to address the challenge of radicalisation in prison, and the rehabilitation of terrorist offenders after their release.
