Attention aux faux sites de remboursement du pass Navigo !

L'ensemble des voyageurs d'Île-de-France détenteurs du forfait Navigo seront remboursés intégralement pour le mois de décembre, quel que soit le niveau de service sur le parcours emprunté, dès la fin du mois de janvier 2020. Mais attention aux arnaques avec les sites frauduleux.

À la suite des perturbations intervenues sur les réseaux de transports franciliens, les forfaits Navigo (annuel, mensuel, hebdomadaire et Imagine'R) du mois de décembre 2019 seront intégralement remboursés (75,20 €) par la RATP et la SNCF. Cela concerne environs 2,5 millions de personnes.

L'achat de tickets n'est pas éligible au dédommagement.

Le remboursement n'est pas automatique. Pour en bénéficier, les abonnés devront s'inscrire en ligne sur le site internet dédié www.mondedommagementnavigo.com à partir de la fin du mois de janvier 2020, en fournissant un justificatif de paiement ou le numéro du pass Navigo annuel.

Cependant, Île-de-France Mobilités invite les abonnés à la vigilance car des sites internet et des mails frauduleux proposant un remboursement plus rapide ont été signalés. Les personnes reçoivent un courriel indiquant qu'il est déjà possible de préenregistrer sa demande, avec un lien renvoyant vers une page trompeuse sur laquelle l'internaute est invité à renseigner son nom, son prénom, son adresse mail ainsi que ses coordonnées bancaires.

Île-de-France Mobilités rappelle que la seule adresse valide pour déposer la demande sera la plateforme officielle www.mondedommagementnavigo.com.

À savoir : Pour signaler un site suspect, rendez-vous sur la plateforme de signalement des abus du ministère de l'Intérieur .

Si vous avez communiqué le numéro de votre carte bleue, rapprochez-vous de votre banque au plus vite.
