Computer gutting viruses

My laptop got its files contents more than 99 % wiped out for the again, 7 times in less than 3 weeks.

Some virus.

It cleans out the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders welcoming page, the files' default settings I chosed every time after its "work".

It seems that it tries to push me back, sabotaging my work, with the intent to force me "reconstruct".

The technology got too advanced and it should be legislated and monitored.
