Ascenseurs, aides personnelles au logement, épargne retraite, tarifs du gaz, factures, élection des représentants des parents d'élèves... Ce qu'il faut savoir sur l'actualité administrative d'octobre 2019.

Ascenseurs

Les nouveaux bâtiments collectifs d'habitation d'au moins trois étages dont les permis de construire ont été déposés à partir du 1er octobre 2019 devront avoir un ascenseur.

Aides personnelles au logement

Les paramètres du barème des aides personnelles au logement sont revalorisés de 0,3 %.

Épargne retraite

Depuis le 1er octobre 2019, 3 nouveaux produits d'épargne retraite sont commercialisés en vue de remplacer à terme les dispositifs actuels (Perp, Perco, Préfon...).

Tarifs du gaz

Les tarifs réglementés de vente de gaz d'Engie baissent de 2,4 % en moyenne au 1er octobre 2019 par rapport au barème en vigueur en septembre 2019.

Factures

Au 1er octobre 2019, deux nouvelles mentions doivent apparaître sur les factures :
  • l'adresse de facturation lorsqu'elle est différente de celle de la livraison  ;
  • le numéro de bon de commande s'il a été émis préalablement par l'acheteur.

Taxe foncière

Si vous êtes propriétaire ou usufruitier d'un appartement ou d'une maison (même si le logement est loué à un locataire), vous devrez payer la taxe foncière sur les propriétés bâties (TFPB). Vous avez jusqu'au 15 ou jusqu'au 20 octobre 2019 selon le moyen de paiement pour le faire.

Élection des représentants des parents d'élèves

Dans les écoles, collèges et lycées, des élections sont organisées chaque année pour élire des représentants de parents d'élèves. Pour l'année scolaire 2019-2020, elles se déroulent le vendredi 11 octobre 2019 ou le samedi 12 octobre 2019.

Passage à l'heure d'hiver

Le passage à l'heure d'hiver se déroulera dimanche 27 octobre 2019 à 3 heures du matin. Il faudra enlever 60 minutes à l'heure légale. Il sera alors 2 heures.
