Passage à l'heure d'hiver : c'est pour quand ?

Le passage à l'heure d'hiver se déroulera dimanche 27 octobre 2019 à 3 heures du matin. Il faudra enlever 60 minutes à l'heure légale. Il sera alors 2 heures.

Le changement d'heure a été instauré en France à la suite du choc pétrolier de 1973-1974. Depuis 1998, les dates de changement d'heure ont été harmonisées au sein de l'Union européenne. Dans tous les pays membres, le passage à l'heure d'hiver s'effectue le dernier dimanche d'octobre et le passage à l'heure d'été, le dernier dimanche de mars.

Rappel :

En mars 2019, les eurodéputés ont voté pour la suppression du changement d'heure saisonnier. Cette réforme devrait prendre effet en 2021.

However, radicalisation or recruitment was less visible, or at least less observed until it became a policy priority to monitor violent extremists in prison in 2015.
