Qu’est-ce que BIJUS ?

BIJUS est un service du Centre juridique franco-allemand (cifa.eu) géré par la Chaire de droit public français de l’Université de la Sarre dirigée par le professeur Philippe Cossalter.

BIJUS a pour but de promouvoir et de faciliter la communication entre juristes allemands et français.

Fondé il y a vingt ans par le professeur Autexier, BIJUS se divise en deux sections linguistiques :

D-BIJUS réunit les informations en langue française et anglaise sur le droit allemand.
F-BIJUS réunit les informations en langue allemande et anglaise sur le droit français.

Sont rassemblés ici:

– Bijus Biblio: un référencements en ligne de plus de 8000 références bibliographiques dans la langue de chaque pays sur le système juridique du pays partenaire.

– Bijus Norm: signalement des traductions existantes des règles de droit de chaque pays dans la langue du pays partenaire et reproduction en ligne des principales d’entre elles.

– Bijus Info: publication régulière d’articles, commentaires, analyses ou simplement notes dans la langue de chaque pays concernant les évolutions récentes du système juridique du pays partenaire.

– Bijus Doc: publication en ligne d’oeuvres doctrinales de toute nature (articles, mémoires et thèses, livres anciens et modernes) ayant en commun de porter une analyse de droit comparé franco-allemand, ou simplement de présenter le système juridique de chacun des pays dans l’autre langue.

However, radicalisation or recruitment was less visible, or at least less observed until it became a policy priority to monitor violent extremists in prison in 2015. This chapter, which is part of a broader report, analyses the specific policies and tools that have been developed in Belgium to address the challenge of radicalisation in prison, and the rehabilitation of terrorist offenders after their release.
